Bill Burns-Lynch

Bill Burns-Lynch, MA, LPC, CPRP has an extensive history of engagement in the mental health system and the psychiatric rehabilitation community. He has been a direct service worker, program developer and administrator, educator and trainer. He has facilitated workshops at conferences both nationally and locally on topics including recovery, community inclusion, and best practice employment services. While employed at a peer-run organization in Philadelphia, he was an early developer of curriculum to train Certified Peer Specialists in the state of Pennsylvania. Currently employed at Temple University’s Collaborative on Community Inclusion, he is the Program Coordinator of an on-line, continuing education curriculum development project for direct service mental health and peer specialist staff.
